Chapter 01 / 12
The vision: Artificial Brand Intelligence
Why brands become personalities, and what ABI means.
What we are building
A brand persona starts with a researched identity and develops through experience. Digital DNA gives every persona the same structure; its evidence and editorial decisions make it distinctive. Conversation quality and honesty come before commercial outcomes.
We call the vision ABI: Artificial Brand Intelligence. It applies conversational intelligence to a researched brand identity, with a distinctive character and reviewed evolution. ABI is our proposed category language, not a claim of artificial general intelligence.
Pitch language saved for later deck preparation:
Social media gave brands a public voice. Brand personas give that voice the capacity to converse, remember what they learn, and develop.
Additional member proposition:
The same Nike spirit. A relationship that's yours.
This describes the product ambition. Shared learning and long-term memory are not yet implemented. Social media is the buyer's familiar benchmark: responding to people and understanding audiences, extended into individual conversations and a reviewed learning process.
Personality first, useful capabilities beneath it
Our product starts with a character people want to engage with, then extends its usefulness into research, recommendations and authorised actions. Personality remains the primary product; agentic capabilities are reusable foundation modules activated per brand. We develop the relationship and then the path to action. This is our positioning, not a researched claim about every competitor.
The character shapes expression and judgement. Source quality, tool permissions and human confirmation govern execution. A useful conversation can end without a commercial action; managers should measure usefulness and voluntary return alongside relevant handoffs.
